We purchased the first coffee from our partners at FARMly through our friend Lucas who works extensively in Brazil with a handful of coffee producers. Inácio Soares is a producer who moved from Belo Horizonte to take over his father's
coffee farm operation. He started investing in specialty coffee and travelled around Brazil to learn from more experienced producers. In addition to great coffees, Inácio is very concerned about sustainable practices. Together with his
team, they are recovering old springs and they do a great job with giving classes in entrepreneurship, coffee farming and coffee tasting.

This red catuaí is a classic honey processed coffee (mucilage was left on coffee during the drying period) with notes of caramel and milk chocolate. It delivers
an enjoyable filtr and the kind of espresso we love: A straightforward sweet shot. Very clean cup full of chocolate goodness. We decided to roast it omni,
meaning you can you use the coffee both for filter methods and espresso.
