The Fazenda Bela Vista coffee farm was established by the Lima Reis family 110 years ago and is still in hands of the family. It is a huge farm, 1000ha large (yet it is still run as a family business). They grow various varieties and cultivars on the farm, such as  Yellow Bourbon, Yellow and Red Catuaí, Topázio, Rubi, Arara, Yellow Catucaí. Besides that, the Reis family does all the high cup quality processing methods the farm can offer. Naturals, pulped naturals, anaerobic naturals, fully washed coffees and carbonic maceration styles.

This particular lot of Red catuaí went through 2 processings, natural and anaerobic fermentation. The coffee was then dried on patios and the split processing methods of the lot were mixed together. And it brings a fantastic espresso into the cup. Slightly liqueurish like the maraschino, heaps of mature red fruit, chocolate notes resembling the fluffy Greek dessert kokakia. But enough of the roaster's fantasy. Sweet and delicious as espresso, shining through the milk too, this Reis family lot delivers something we'd drink all year long.

As for filter coffee roast you can expect that marashino liquer note, plenty of chocolate goodness and lasting sweet finish. This lovely coffee was sourced through our Brno neighbours Chicas Industry.
